Why did you make this?

I wanted to make an open source clone of txti.es. Instead of using a database to store pages, it uses IPFS. IPFS enables you to store files on a peer-to-peer (P2P) network!

Are there any rules to this

No, I can't really control what you do with it as it's a global P2P network. If this site was taken down, the pages will still remain up.
